High skips are a great way to move in a really dynamic way. Creating a powerful thrust off the ground and extending your arm while you reach for the clouds. It requires coordination, stability on landing, and power and balance when loading.

In this situation, we use it to warm up pre-training with the added bonus of creating a powerful movement. Over time this will increase power output, ankle, and foot stability plus get your heart rate up ready to train.
