We all know that mindset is at the core, at the foundation of everything we do, on the beautiful tennis court. What we fail to understand is how to practically put that into play.

Mindset, fundamentally the most amazing thing that we have. It's the bricks and the mortar that holds our framework together on this incredible thing that we call life. It's our perspective. It's the juice that helps us see different ways of looking at the world. The way we perform on the tennis court.

We all know that mindset is at the core, at the foundation of everything we do, on the beautiful tennis court. What we fail to understand is how to practically put that into play. Dream, believe, achieve; is something I say to our kids all the time on the tennis court. It's a tongue in cheek, little joke for them, and they always have a bit of a laugh because I say it so often. But it means nothing. It's some ethereal concept about dreaming, believing, and achieving, but it doesn't actually give steps and guidance to how we do it.
What is neuroplasticity? What does that mean to a ten-year-old? Nothing! How do we build these processes and get the foundation of the mindset working with the environment, with our parents, with our coaches and with other players?

When they go to bed at night, the last thing they're thinking about, the first thing they think about in the morning, the things they step on the tennis court, under pressure in matches. These are the beautiful elements of mindset that we're going to uncover and explore, but you must know the framework to be able to shape it the way you want to.
Because mindset is controlled by the actions and the thoughts that you take. At a chemical level. Fundamentally, we can change the neurology that's within our brain. How exciting, how energizing and how beautiful that is. Some mindset is the core of everything that we do. It is the foundation, the bricks, the mortar, the glue.

So how do we put it together? And how do we get it through to those that we're working with? Our children, our parents, and everyone together, the ultimate tennis parent is all about building tools, resources, and working with you to better perform for your child, help your performance for your child. So we're going to uncover that we're going to do it together.
